Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to the United States.

Orders over 2 pounds or going to a commercial address are generally shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground.

Smaller or lighter weight orders will ship via the US Postal Service Priority Mail or comparable.

Alaska And Hawaii orders will be charged the actual shipping cost as calculated by the shipping estimation tool. Prices quoted on website may not be 100% accurate as the actual shipping cost will be determined based on the combined weight of the products ordered. Please note dog crates, kennels, dog treats and electronic equipment cannot be shipped internationally. International shipment will have additional taxes and duties due based on the laws of your specific country and are not included in the shipping charges from

* Some Large Items require additional shipping charges due to their size and weight. These may include the dog crates, exercise pens and other items weighing more than 20lbs or those that come in very large boxes. Unfortunately shipping companies charge us a surcharge on these items and since our prices are so low to start with, we cannot cover this additional expense due to the extremely low prices on the products we sell.

Expedited / Faster Shipping Options - Most items on our website can have expedited shipping if you need them right away. The cost for the faster shipping will depend on how quickly you need the items, how heavy they weigh and where you are located. Please call us or email us if you need faster shipping and we can get you a custom price quote.


Delivery Speed - Most orders placed before 10am eastern Monday through Friday are shipped out the same day.

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders ship from our North Carolina warehouse so the closer to NC, the faster the order will arrive.

You can log into your account to check the status of your order at any time.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to us. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Any products that have been used, dirty, have dog hair on them, or are returned without original packaging or damaged packaging are subject to a 50% restocking fee. There are no restocking fees on brand new items returned in new, resell-able condition. Health products including dog diapers, pup pants and opened vitamins are non refundable do to health & sanitation issues.

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then simply return back the first order that you do not want and we will refund the first order entirely. When you return your order, please include the original packing slip so we can tied the return back to your account. Also please make a note in with it that you have already reordered and would like a refund on the returned item.


Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping. No exceptions.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
